A Note from our Nurse
Letters were mailed home earlier this month reminding parents of the state of Illinois requirements for immunizations and physicals. If you received one of these letters, please complete the requirements as soon as possible. In accordance with the Illinois School Code (section 27-8) your child will be excluded from school on October 15, 2025 if he/she is not in compliance, and will remain excluded until proper documentation is provided. If your student has an appointment scheduled for this exam, please email Mrs. Straub at [email protected] with the date. These documents can be dropped off, faxed to 847-357-5701, or scanned and emailed. Thank you.
