Vision and hearing screening will be taking place at Fairview School on November 9th and November 27th. Students in pre-school, K, 2, 4, 6, 8, and special education will have vision screening and students in pre-school, K, 1, 2, 3, and special education will have hearing screening. It is important to note that vision screening at school is not a substitute for a complete eye and vision evaluation by an eye doctor. Children who wear glasses and/or are under the care of an eye doctor do not receive vision screening at school. Please feel free to contact your school nurse, Mrs. Straub, anytime during the school year if you have a concern.
